After much effort and dialog amongst our management and the management of the companies we represent, MVP Wholesale has developed a Code of Ethics, which supports its mission to foster the growth and success of our business. This will also be used as a building block towards the development of our agent certification program.
The MVP Wholesale Code of Ethics details the core guidelines of Agent professionalism. This would encompass crucial issues such as: conflicts of interest, good faith representation and public perception. The core ethics listed below are essential to Agent professionalism for all MVP Wholesale representatives. Integrity, honesty, and transparency are fundamental principles embodied by this Code, which sets forth obligations of ethical conduct for the Agent profession. MVP Wholesale has adopted this Code to provide high ethical standards to safeguard clients and the carriers we represent. MVP Wholesale representatives shall: comply with this Code; avoid association with any entity whose practices violate this Code and strive to uphold, maintain, and improve the integrity, reputation, and practice of the Agent profession.
In addition to the code of ethics that representatives of MVP Wholesale are bound by, MVP Wholesale and all representatives are bound by ethics and best sales practices of each governing business partner’s contractual obligations that we represent. If any MVP Wholesale representative violates any of our business partners ethics and/or sales practices, MVP Wholesale is in jeopardy of losing the ability to sell, receive commission, receive support from the particular business partner in the future.
